• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Books may be returned only if they are damaged or misprinted upon arrival.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the damage.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with the order.
